poor housekeeping servicelong waiting
The housekeeping service was atrocious. I had to wait 45 minutes for a water kettle and they brought me a heater instead. I left my room one afternoon, yet it was not cleaned and there was no water when I returned at night. I have definitely received better service for the price at other hotels.

I must admit, the room I was given was far from stellar. Housekeeping was very slow, and I had to call several times to get fresh towels. I found this odd.

the valet parking was the only option. the reception is located on the upper floor. i did not appreciate this.
